Division of Campus Life

Debra Scott (she/her) joined as financial coordinator to the Brown University Campus Life Business Center in its development stages in August 2021. She brings with her many years of experience in the finance field, as well as her collaboration with Operations, Human Resources, and Diversity to name a few. In her role as Financial Coordinator, responsibilities include initiating and processing various financial transactions, as well as processing and oversight of student employment positions.

Debra earned a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Rhode Island, with a focus on business administration.

Outside of the workplace where she enjoys supporting a diverse and inclusive community, Debra cherishes time spent with her husband and their family. She also enjoys the outdoors, gardening, traveling, and the beach.
