Mindy Wirges (she/her) serves as the Director of Investigations and as the University's Title IX Coordinator. She oversees investigations arising from the University's Nondiscrimination and Anti-Harassment policy, the University's Title IX policy, and other applicable policies within the purview of the OECR. As the University's Title IX Coordinator, she is responsible for ensuring Brown University's compliance with Title IX, implementing regulations, and complying with other relevant federal and state laws.

Mindy has 13 years of experience in higher education compliance and most recently served as Associate Director for Institutional Equity at the University of Missouri's flagship campus in Columbia, MO.
