Mindy Wirges (she/her) is Brown’s Director of Investigations and Title IX Coordinator. She oversees the University’s Title IX compliance and the resolution of reports involving discrimination, harassment and sexual misconduct, including investigation and complaint resolution processes.

Prior to joining Brown in 2025, Mindy spent 12 years working in Title IX and equity offices at institutions of higher education. She also has experience in the private sector addressing workplace discrimination and harassment.

Mindy earned her J.D. and M.P.A. from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock after completing her B.S. in Business Management.
