Stephen Barnabe is a seasoned technology leader with over two decades of experience driving innovation and operational excellence in health information systems, enterprise architecture, and IT service delivery. Most recently, he served as Director of Health Information Applications for Brown University Health & Wellness, where he led strategic initiatives to modernize healthcare IT infrastructure and optimize application performance across clinical and administrative domains.

Prior to this role, Stephen spent over a decade at the University of Rhode Island as a Lead Information Technologist in Health Services, where he played a pivotal role in advancing the university’s digital transformation efforts. 

Stephen holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Information Systems from Bryant University, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Rhode Island. He is also a Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA), a credential that underscores his expertise in aligning IT strategy with business goals.

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family at the lake in Maine.
