Students make significant and lasting contributions to Brown through their leadership, service, scholarship, creativity and commitment to community.

Campus Life offices and centers administer a range of awards recognizing the contributions of Brown University undergraduate and graduate students. This page also includes selected University awards administered outside the Division that are presented as part of the annual Campus Life Awards Ceremony.

Awards Administered by Campus Life

This graduate student award recognizes doctoral and master’s students who have significantly contributed to the sense of community at Brown through service, teaching, research, advising, mentoring and/or interpersonal interactions.

Other Brown Awards

Each year, the Graduate School acknowledges the accomplishments of its graduating students, the contributions of University faculty and staff and the impact of alumni.
Recognizes two students yearly who embody the best qualities of the scholar-athlete by achieving success in both the classroom and in athletic competition. Aministered by the Division of Athletics.
Recognizing students whose academic achievement and commitment to community service reflect the values exemplified by Yat K. Tow ’41. Administered by The College.
