Biography

Jennifer Eliezer (she/her) joined Campus Life as the Associate Director of Learning Initiatives and Inclusive Community in January 2023. A member of the Human Resources team, she is responsible for managing, facilitating, and developing programming to support a culturally competent learning and professional development environment as well as an inclusive community building for staff.

A language educator by training, Jennifer is an advocate at heart. She is passionate about encouraging others to tap into their potential and enthusiastic about creating and re-imagining systems that function efficiently to best serve those intended. Jennifer is deeply committed to equitable and accessible practices and has a decade of experience serving marginalized groups in the non-profit sector. She has leadership experience both in and outside of the classroom, serving students and staff, at organizations like TRiO Upward Bound & Upward Bound Math Science, Minds Matter Boston, and Citizen Schools. She also previously served as the Interim Manager of Student Experience and Director of Talent Development at the College for Social Innovation. 

A double Boston University terrier, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism from the College of Communication and a Master of Education in TESOL from Wheelock College of Education and Human Development. 

Jennifer speaks Haitian Creole and Spanish. She is also an SMC-trained full circle doula.
