Division of Campus Life

Natalie Grilli is the Human Resources Specialist for the Division of Campus Life. She joined the Campus Life HR team in October 2022. In this role, she serves as an advisor to the departments and centers within the Division of Campus Life on various human resource functions including recruitment, hiring, onboarding, policy and procedure administration, and HR-related financial activities. 

Natalie has worked in various capacities in the HR industry since 2016. Her experience and skills include onboarding, recruitment, benefits, wellness, employee relations, managerial and direct employee support, policy writing/communications, policy interpretation and guidance, payroll, training, and program development. In addition, Natalie has a background in technical/HRIS (human resources information system) and data analytics. Her technical skill sets and background help her support staff. She is driven by the opportunity to support and develop people in their career goals and ambitions and help organizations grow through her work.

Natalie earned a bachelor's degree in International Business from Johnson & Wales University. In 2023, Natalie completed the Leader as a Coach program through Brown University's School of Professional Studies. 

Natalie speaks both Spanish and English fluently. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, and baking. Anytime she travels to new cities or countries, one of the things she must do is visit a museum and/or zoo.
